Founded in 1978, the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) is a nonprofit organization operating as a 501(c)(3) entity. RCAC's mission revolves around equipping rural communities with the necessary training, technical expertise, financial assistance, and advocacy to help them realize their objectives and aspirations.
